Emma Watson made her first red carpet appearance since 2019 by attending the very first Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony.
Taking place in London on 17th October, Emma, who played Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, stunned in a recycled gown custom-made by Harris Reed, who has recently shot to fame for designing clothes for Harry Styles. The ‘daring’ gown has gained a lot of media attention and was made up of 10 vintage dresses from an Oxfam charity shop.
The award ceremony was hosted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and attended by stars from far and wide, including fellow Harry Potter actress Emma Thompson.
Emma Watson is known worldwide for using her platform for good such as promoting environmental campaigns, feminist campaigns and movements as well as consistently talking about sustainable fashion.
The Duchess of Cambridge also used the environmentally friendly event to promote sustainable fashion. She wore a beautiful Alexander McQueen gown that she has been spotted in several times.
